Matter is fixed for arguments on the point of charge
qua accused Sunil. However, an application for adjournment is
filed on behalf of accused Sunil Kumar on the ground that he has
preferred a CRL. MC. no.1346/2022 against the order dated
08.03.2022 passed by Ld. Predecessor of this Court, but the same
could not be taken by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi due to
paucity of time. It is submitted that accused Sunil Kumar intends
to file an application for early hearing before the Hon’ble High
Court of Delhi and in case, his application for early hearing is not
allowed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, he will address the
arguments on the point of charge on next date of hearing
positively.
Heard. Keeping in view the submission, request is
allowed.
Let the matter be put up for arguments on the point
of charge qua accused Sunil Kumar on 23.01.2023.
