and Rajesh Kumar.
Ms. Ashu Choudhary, proxy for Sh. Saurav Kansal, Ld. Defence
counsel for accused Sunil.
Matter is fixed for remaining arguments on the point of charge
qua accused Sunil.
Ld. Proxy counsel for accused Sunil prays for adjournment for
addressing arguments on the point of charge and has filed a copy of order dated
26.08.2022 passed by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in CRL. MC 1346/2022
and CRL MA 5927/2022, whereby it is observed that both the parties may
request for a date for framing of charge before Ld. Trial Court beyond the date
fixed i.e. 29.11.2022.
Ld. Addl. PP for State submits that several opportunities have
already been granted for arguments on the point of charge qua accused Sunil.
In view of submission of Ld. Proxy counsel for accused Sunil,
adjournment is allowed. Put up for arguments on the point of charge qua
accused Sunil on 30.11.2022, as last opportunity.
