It is submitted by Ld. Counsels for A-1 that A-1 is already
permanently exempted in this case vide Order dated 21.01.2023.
Application seeking exemption from personal appearance has
been filed on behalf of A-2.
Today the case is listed for pre-charge evidence. However, no
witness is present today.
A letter seeking exemption in PW C.P. Sharma, has been
received from the Nodal Mondol, Wildlife Forensic and Conversation
Genetics Cell.
PW DSP Sanjay Dubey is not present despite service of
summon.
Let notice U/s 350 Cr.P.C. be issued to PW DSP Sanjay
Dubey for next date of hearing.
PW C.P. Sharma be also summoned for next date of
hearing. Ahlmad is directed to mention on the summon that evidence of
PW C.P. Sharma is required to prove report prepared by him
irrespective of admissibility of report U/s 293 Cr.P.C.
Put up on 04.05.2024 for further pre-charge evidence.
