for the accused are present.

PW Sh. Sagar Saxena is present.
1. An application seeking exemption from personal appearance
is filed on behalf of A-2 Bhannu Jain on the ground that he is
suffering from severe back ache and fever and thereafter, is unable
to appear in the Court today. Perused. In view of the reasons given,
A-2 Bhannu Jain is exempted from personal apperance for
today only through his Counsel subject to the condition that he
shall not dispute his identity or authenticity of the proceedings
recorded in his absence.
2. PW-18 Sh. Sagar Saxena, Manager (Customer Exprience),
M/s Fed Ex. Express TSCS (India) Pvt. Ltd. is examined, cross-

examined and discharged.
3. Summons sent to PW Sh. Dilip, Office Boy, M/s J.R.
International received back duly served. However, the witness is
not present. Ld. PP submits that the witness has sent a telephonic
request for exemption stating that he is unable to appear today in
the court as he is not well. Request is considered and allowed for
today only.
4. No other witness is present or summoned for today.
5. Put up for remaining PE on the dates already fixed i.e.,
14.10.2026 and 16.10.2026.
6. Three/ four witnesses be summoned for the NDOH. Ld. PP
for the CBI shall furnish the name of the witnesses required to be
summoned. Accused persons/ their Counsels may note the same
from the prosecution/ Ahlmad.
