No PW is present.
1. Summon sent to PW Sh. C.P. Sharma received back duly
served however, the witness is not present. The witness has sent a
request for exemption on the ground that he is on official tour for
conducting training of enforcement officers from 31.08.2026 to
03.09.2026 at Forest Training Academy, Rajahmundry, Andhra
Pradesh and therefore, he is unable to appear in the court today.
Considering the request sent, PW Sh. C.P. Sharma is exempted for
today.

3. Put up for remaining PE on 05.10.2026, 14.10.2026 and

the prosecution/ Ahlmad.
5. Case property be deposited in the Malkhana.
