An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance is filed on behalf of A-2 Bhannu Jain on the ground
that he is suffering from severe back ache. Perused. In view of
the reasons given, A-2 Bhannu Jain is exempted from personal
appearance for today only through his Counsel subject to the
condition that he shall not dispute his identity or authenticity of
the proceedings recorded in his absence.
PW-10 Sh. Akansh Gaurh is examined, cross-
examined and discharged.
No other witness is present or summoned for today.
Put up for remaining PE on 11.12.2025.
Two/ three witnesses be summoned for the NDOH.
