A-2 Bhannu Jain is absent on bail. Counsels Sh.
Rahul Tyagi, Sh. Vikas Walia and Sh. Yash Bansal
are present.
PWs Sh. Rahul Yadav and Sh. Dushyant Singh are
present.
An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance is filed on behalf of A-2 Bhannu Jain on the ground
that he is suffering from stomach infection and high fever.
Perused. In view of the reasons given, A-2 Bhannu Jain is
exempted from personal appearance for today only through
his Counsel subject to the condition that he shall not dispute
his identity or authenticity of the proceedings recorded in his
absence.
PW-6 Sh. Rahul Yadav and PW-7 Sh. Dushyant
Singh are examined, cross-examined and discharged.
No other PW is present or summoned for today.
Put up for remaining PE on 02.09.2025.
Two/ three witnesses be summoned for the NDOH.
Ld. PP for the CBI shall furnish the name of the witnesses required

Case property opened today be sealed with the
seal of court and be deposited in the Malkhana. Since seal of
the undersigned is not available, Ld. Principal District &
Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge (PC Act), CBI be requested
to allow resealing of the case property with the seal of the her
court.
