An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance is filed on behalf of A-2 Bhannu Jain on the ground
that he is having severe back ache. Perused. In view of the
reasons given, A-2 Bhannu Jain is exempted from personal
appearance for today only subject to the condition that he
shall not dispute his identity or authenticity of the
proceedings recorded in his absence.
PW-1 Sh. Sanjeev Kumar is examined, cross-
examined and discharged.
Counsel for A-2 requests for adjournment.
Adjournment sought is granted. In view of the request of Counse,
PW Sh. Arnab Basu is discharged unexamined.
