MHC(M)/ Ct. Rakesh Kumar Yadav is present with
case property.
An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance is filed on behalf of A-2 Bhannu Jain on the ground
that he is suffering from stomach infection and high temperature.
Perused. In view of the reasons given, A-2 Bhannu Jain is
exempted from personal appearance for today only subject to
the condition that he shall not dispute his identity or
authenticity of the proceedings recorded in his absence.
PW-4 Sh. Harendra Kumar is examined, cross-
examined and discharged.
Counsel for A-2 requests that PW Sh. Anish Kumar
may be examined at 02:00 PM as he has to attend a matter at High
Court of Delhi. The matter cannot be taken up at 02:00 PM in view
of case titled CBI Vs. S.K. Singh & Anr. which is listed for
contd.../-

judgment today. In view of the same, PW Sh. Anish Kumar is
discharged for today unexamined.
No other PW is present or summoned for today.
Put up for remaining PE on 11.07.2025.
Two/ three witnesses be summoned for the NDOH.
Ld. PP for the CBI shall furnish the name of the witnesses required
to be summoned. Accused persons/ their Counsels may note the
same from the prosecution/ Ahlmad.
Case property be deposited in the malkhana.
