Sameer Sharma were summoned for today.
An exemption application is moved on behalf of
PW-18 IO/Inspector Bhanwar Lal Jat from personal appearance
for today stating that due to extreme weather condition and heavy
snowfall in Kashmir valley, he is unable to come to court today.
It is requested that next date may kindly be given. In view of the
submission, PW-18 IO/Inspector Bhanwar Lal Jat is exempted
from personal appearance only for today.
Ld. SPP for CBI submits that PW-16 Sameer
Sharma is also unable to come to court today for evidence, hence
this witness may kindly be exempted for today as no notice is
served upon him. Accordingly, at request of Ld. SPP, PW-16
