An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance is moved on behalf of A-2 Bhagat Lal through
counsel stating that he is unable to appear today as he has
undergone fistula/piles surgery and is on bed rest. In view of the
submission in the application, A-2 is exempted from personal
appearance only for today.
The matter is fixed for evidence of PW16 Sameer
Sharma.
One written request seeking exemption is received
from PW16 Sameer Sharma stating that he being posted as Dy.
IG, Armed Range, Jammu and pre-occupied in official
commitments, cannot attend the Court today. In view of the
submission, PW-16 is exempted from personal appearance only
for today.

The matter is already listed for 28.01.2026 for
evidence of PW-18 IO/Inspector Bhanwar Lal Jat.
Also issue fresh summons to PW-16 Sameer Sharma
for the said date.
Be listed for PE on 28.01.2026.
