It is submitted by Ld. Sr.P.P for the CBI that PW-12
Dheeraj Kumar has sent oral request telephonically through Naib
Court that he is unable to appear due to his ill-health. In view
of the submissions, PW-12 is exempted from personal
appearance only for today.
PW-13 Deepak Kumar examined-in-chief at length and
partly cross-examined today by Ld. Counsel for the accused persons.
Further cross-examination of PW-13 is deferred at request of Ld.
Counsel for the accused persons as they want to first complete the
cross-examination of complainant/ PW-12 Dheeraj Kumar before
further cross-examining of PW-13. Accordingly, PW-13 Deepak
Kumar be not summoned for the next date of hearing.

Issue fresh summons to complainant/PW-12 Deeraj
Kumar and LW-21 Sameer Sharma for NDOH.
The case property opened in the testimony of the
witness be resealed.
Be listed for PE on 12th August 2024.
