A1 Kuldeep Singh and A2 Bhagat Lal on bail.
Sh. Raj Kamal Arya, Ld. Counsel for both the
accused persons.
An application for cancellation of Bailable Warrants
on behalf of A1 Kuldeep Singh has already been filed on
30.01.2024, wherein it is stated that on the last date of hearing
i.e. on 23.01.2024, while coming to the Court, A1 fell down on
road due to High BP and chest pain. Thereafter he was admitted
in R. J. Super Speciality Hospital, Bahadurgarh and discharged
from the hospital on 24.01.2024. It is further submitted by Ld.
Counsel that due to fall on the road, the mobile phone of A1 also
got switched off, that is why, this fact was not conveyed by A1 to
his counsel well in time. It is also submitted by Ld. Counsel for
A1 that the non appearance of A1 was neither deliberately nor
intentionally. Alongwith the application, discharge summary of
A1 has also been filed. Heard. Medical Record is perused. In
view of the submissions made by Ld. Counsel for A1, the
bailable warrants issued against A1 is cancelled. A1 is
directed to be careful in future.
With these observations, application filed by A1
stands disposed off.
Let the matter be listed for Prosecution Evidence.

be summoned for the next date of hearing.
LW21 Sameer Sharma be also summoned for the
next date of hearing, with the directions to appear alongwith
Office File qua Sanction in the present case.
