LW-21 Sameer Sharma (Sanctioning Authority) has
sent written request for exemption from personal appearance
today stating that he is unable to appear being posted as
Superintendent of Police (HQ) Lakshadweep and busy in
scheduled visit of Hon’ble Administrator (State Head of UTL)
for today. In view of the submissions, LW-21 is exempted from
personal appearance for today.
LW-1 Dheeraj Kumar has also sent written request
for exemption from appearance stating that he is running unwell
for the last four months. He has also requested for longer date
due to extreme weakness and ill-health. In view of the
submissions, LW-1 Dheeraj Kumar is exempted from personal

appearance today. At request of Ld. Public Prosecutor for
CBI, he be not summoned for next date of hearing.
Issue summons to Sameer Sharma (LW-21) to
appear alongwith Office File qua Sanction in the present case
and Ashutosh Tiwari (LW-4) for NDOH.
Be listed for PE on 12.12.2023. The longer date is
given at request of Ld. Counsel for A-1 as Ld. Counsel is busy in
the marriage of his son.
