LW1 Dheeraj Kumar is absent despite being served
through whatsapp. It is submitted by Ld. PP for CBI that Pairvi
Officer has received a request letter through whatsapp from LW1
Dheeraj Kumar wherein it is mentioned that he is not able to
attend the court as at present he is in Assam due to official duty.
Copy of request letter is filed on record.
LW6 Manoj Kumar is also absent despite being
served through whatsapp. It is submitted by Ld. PP that she has
received a request from LW6 wherein it is mentioned that today
he is not able to attend the court as he is not feeling well due to
cough and cold. Copy of request is also filed on record.
Put up for Prosecution Evidence on 16.05.2023.
Let LW1 Dheeraj Kumar, LW6 Manoj Kumar and
LW13 Vimal Prakash Mandal be summoned for the next date of
hearing.
