Sh. Raj Kamal Arya, Ld. Counsel for A1 and A2. It
is submitted by Ld. Counsel for A2 that today A2 is not able to
attend the court as he is not well. An application seeking
exemption from personal appearance of A2 for today only
alongwith photocopy of medical prescription of A2 filed by Ld.
Counsel for A2. It is mentioned in the application that the
identity of the accused is not disputed, if any witness examined
in his absence. Heard. In view of the reasons mentioned in the
application, exemption of A2 is allowed only for today.
MHC(M)/HC Mahavir with case property.
Today the matter is fixed for PE.
LW1 Dheeraj Kumar is absent despite being served.
It is submitted by Ld. PP for CBI that whatsapp message has
been received from LW1 Dheeraj Kumar for exemption on the
ground that today he is not well.
Summons sent to LW21 Sameer Sharma received
back with the report that presently he has been transferred to
Kavaratti Lakshadeep and summons were sent to SP, Office
Kavaratti Lakshadeep through email and no report has been
received regarding the service of summons to him.
