Today the matter is fixed for supplying the copy of
recording of Q1, Q2, S1, S2 and S3 to accused persons as
mentioned in application dated 31.05.2022.
It is stated on behalf of IO that copies shall be supplied
at 2.00 PM.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for accused persons that
he shall not be available after lunch.
In view of the same, IO is directed to place the copies
on record at 2.00 PM and the same be provided to Ld. Counsel for
accused persons tomorrow i.e. on 21.09.2022.
Accused persons need not to appear on 21.09.2022.
