LW-5 Jaswinder Singh and LW-22 Bhanwar Lal Jat
were summoned for today.
It is submitted by Ld. Sr. PP for the CBI that LW-22
Bhanwar Lal has sent oral request for exemption from personal
appearance through Pairvi Officer stating that he is unable to
appear today being posted in J&K. In view of the submision,
LW-22 is exempted for today. It is further submitted by Ld.
Sr.PP that the said witness be not summoned for the next date
and in his place LW-21 Sameer Sharma, Sanctioning Authority
be summoned. Accordingly, LW-22 be not summoned for next
date of hearing.
PW-15 Jaswinder Singh is examined-in-chief at
length till lunch time.
Adjournment is prayed on behalf of accused person
for cross-examining PW-15 as the Ld. Counsel are unable to

appear after lunch being busy in other court in cross-examination
of an independent witness.
Issue fresh summons to PW-15 Jaswinder Singh and
LW-21 Sameer Sharma, Sanctioning Authority for next date of
hearing.
Case property desealed in the testimony of the
witness be resealed.
Be listed for PE on 29th April 2025 at 11 AM.
