MHC (M) is not present despite service.
LW-21 has sent a written request for exemption from
personal appearance stating that he is unable to appear today as
he is posted as Sr. Superintendent of Police, U.T of
Lakshaydweep and is busy due to upcoming General Election-
2024. In view of the submissions, LW-21 Sameer Sharma is
exempted from personal appearance. At request of Ld. Sr. PP for
CBI, the said witness be not summoned for next date of
hearing.
PW-11 Gyandeep Meena is examined-in-chief,
cross-examined and discharged today.
PW-12 Dheeraj Kumar is partly examined-in-chief
today. His further examination-in-chief is deferred at request of
witness as well as MHC (M) has not brought the case property.

No plausible ground shown for not bringing the case property
today. CBI is directed to ensure presence of MHC (M) as well
as availability of case property on the next date of hearing.
Issue fresh summons to PW-12 Dheeraj Kumar and
LW-2 Deepak Kumar on the next date of hearing.
