absent.

accused persons.

LW-21 Sameer Sharma is absent despite service.
An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance is moved on behalf of A-2 through counsel on the
ground that he is suffering from fever and hence, is unable to
appear today. Heard. Keeping in view the submissions made in
application, A-2/Bhagat Lal is exempted from personal
appearance only for today.
A-1 Kuldeep Singh is absent since morning despite
repeated calls.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for A-1 that he has
not been able to contact A-1 since morning though he has tried to

call him repeatedly on his mobile phone number which is going
switched off.
In these circumstances, LW-1 Dheeraj Kumar and
LW-8 Narender Kumar are discharged unexamined.
Issue B/W in the sum of Rs.5000/- against A-1
Kuldeep Singh to be executed through IO/HIO concerned for
NDOH.
Be listed for appearance of accused persons on 7th
February 2024.
