LW1 Dheeraj Kumar is absent despite being served.
Issue Bailable Warrants against him in the sum of Rs.2000/- to be
served through IO for the next date of hearing.
LW6 Manoj Kumar is also absent despite being
served. He has sent a request for exemption as he is on EL for 12
day w.e.f. 15.05.2023.
Let LW6 be summoned again for the next date of
hearing.
LW13 Vimal Prakash Mandal is absent despite being
served. It is submitted by Ld. PP for CBI that she has received a
telephonic call from LW13 that he wants to be served through
proper channel.
In view of the submission of Ld. PP for CBI, let
fresh summons be issued to LW13 to be served through email as
well as Manager PNB for the next date of hearing.
