An application filed by IO Inspector Dharambir on
behalf of CBI requesting for transfer of FIR from the court of
Sh.Naresh Kumar Laka, Ld. Special Judge, (PC Act) CBI-20 to
the court of Sh.Sanjay Khanagwal, Ld. Special Judge, PC Act,
CBI-12. It is submitted that the present FIR was assigned to the
court of Sh.Naresh Kumar Laka, Ld. Special Judge, PC Act
whereas charge-sheet in the present FIR is pending in the court of
Sh.Sanjay Khanagwal, Ld. Special Judge, PC Act, CBI.
Heard. Perused.
Considering the application, FIR bearing no.RC-
DAI-2021-A-0043 already assigned to the court of Sh. Naresh
Kumar Laka, Ld. Special Judge, (PC Act) CBI-20 is withdrawn
from the said court and assigned to the court of Sh.Sanjay
Khanagwal, Ld. Special Judge, PC Act, CBI-12 where charge-
sheet is pending disposal.

Ahlmad of the court of Sh. Naresh Kumar Laka, Ld.
Special Judge, (PC Act) CBI-20 is directed to transfer the FIR
No.DAI-2021-A-0043 along with all the miscellaneous papers to
the court of Sh.Sanjay Khanagwal, Ld. Special Judge, PC Act,
CBI-12 on 26.02.2024.
Application is accordingly disposed off and be
consigned to the record room.
Copy of order be sent to both the courts.
