IO ACP Raj Rani in person.
An application seeking clarification regarding the submissions made
by IO on 03.06.2022 is filed. Ld. Defence counsel argued that on 03.06.2022, in
reply to the application u/s 207 Cr.P.C., IO had stated that prosecution has relied
upon all the documents which are part of the chargesheet and no other document
was seized by her IO except the documents which are annexed alongwith the
chargesheet. It is submitted that this issue be again clarified through the
concerned IO.
IO has filed the written reply, wherein it is submitted that all the
documents seized and statements recorded u/s 161 Cr.P.C. are part of the charge
sheet.
In view thereof, application stands disposed off. Remaining
arguments on point of charge heard.
