seized by the IO during investigation. Copy of the reply supplied to the accused.
Today, fresh application under Section 207 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the
accused for supplying deficit copies of documents and objection to the chargesheet
supplied to the accused on 13.04.2022. Copy of the application supplied to the IO ACP
Raj Rani Sharma.
IO ACP Raj Rani Sharma seeks one week time to supply the deficit
copies of documents as stated in the application.
Now, to come up for supplying deficit copy of the documents / further
proceedings on 18.05.2022.

fresh application under Section 207 Cr.P.C. for supplying deficient copy and
removal of objections related to the chargesheet supplied to accused on
13.04.2022.

Accused is present on bail with Ld. Counsel Sh. Harsh Vardhan.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he wishes to withdraw application
under Section 207 Cr.P.C. filed today in the court in the forenoon session subject to
filing a fresh application under Section 207 Cr.P.C. for supplying deficient copy and
removal of objections related to the chargesheet supplied to accused on 13.04.2022.
Separate statement of the counsel for accused recorded to this effect.
As both the applications under Section 207 Cr.P.C. are dated 09.05.2022,
the fresh application filed now is marked as MarkX for identification purposes and the
earlier application is permitted to be withdrawn.
Copy of fresh application filed now be supplied to the IO ACP Raj Rani
Sharma.
Now, to come up for supplying deficient copy and removal of objections
as mentioned in the fresh application on date already fixed i.e. 18.05.2022.
