Accused Satyapal Singh on bail with Sh. Harsh
Vardhan, Ld. Defence counsel for accused.
PW-12 Insp. Praveen examined and discharged. No
other witness is present.
Summons issued to Insp. Dilip Singh received back with
report that he was never posted at ACB and has not taken part in the
investigation of the present case. Summons were wrongly received by
Insp. Dilip Kaushik instead of Insp. Dilip Singh.
At the request of Ld. Chief PP for the State, witnesses
mentioned at serial no. 18 to 22 i.e. Insp. Satyender Vashisht, Insp.
Rakesh Saini, Insp. Chander Kanta, Insp. Hemant Mishra and Ct.
Rakesh from the list of prosecution witnesses are dropped since they
are related to the inventory of house search of accused persons namely
Satyapal Singh and Trilok Chand Jain and as per charge sheet,
nothing incriminating was recovered during the house search of these
accused persons as also no charge of DA is framed against them.
Separate statement of Ld. Chief PP for the State is recorded in this
regard.
Put up for remaining PE on 05.04.2023 and 11.04.2023.
Let witnesses Insp. Dilip Singh, Insp. J.S. Mishra and
Insp. Mukhtiyar Singh be summoned for 05.04.2023 and witnesses
Insp. Jarnail Singh and Insp. Ramesh Kumar Narang be summoned for
11.04.2023.
