are examined and discharged. No other witness is present.
Case property desealed during the course of
evidence be resealed.
Ld. Addl. PP for State submits that he wants to drop
witnesses Sh. Satish Yadav, Sh. Naresh Kumar, Sh. Madan Lal,
Sh. Mastan Singh and Sub-Registrar Death and Birth Karol Bagh
Zone mentioned at serial no. 3 to 6 and 10 in the list of
prosecution witnesses as they are not the witnesses in relation to
the charge framed against the accused. Separate statement of Ld.
Addl. PP for State is recorded to this effect. In view thereof,
witnesses Sh. Satish Yadav, Sh. Naresh Kumar, Sh. Madan Lal,
Sh. Mastan Singh and Sub-Registrar Death and Birth Karol Bagh
Zone are hereby dropped from the list of prosecution witnesses.
Put up for remaining PE on 02.01.2023 and
03.01.2023. Let witnesses mentioned at serial no. 7 and 9 i.e.
Sh. Amit Rawat, Sr. Scientific Officer and Sh. Benny K. Thomas
of the list of prosecution witnesses be summoned for 02.01.2023
and witnesses mentioned at serial no. 8, 11 and 12 i.e. Sh. Vinod
Kumar, Joint Registrar and Dr. Vikas Gupta of the list of
prosecution witnesses be summoned for 03.01.2023. MHC(M) be
