Since the main matter is listed on 23.07.2025, no adverse order is passed today against accused persons namely Mrityunjoy Roy, Umesh Batra, Vinod Sharma and Pawan Kumar Rai. Report has been received from the Jail Superintendent, Rohini Jail wherein it is stated that the accused is already wearing spectacles in the jail and has already been transferred to Tihar Jail. Ld. Counsel for the applicant/accused Harmenn Sabherwal submits that in view of this, his application be disposed off as withdrawan. In view of this, the application is disposed off as withdrawn. List for scrutiny of documents with respect to accused Prafulla Kumar Nayak and for further proceedings on date already fixed i.e. 23.07.2025. Copy of this order be also placed in CC No. 11/2025.
