Inspector Amit Pratap has submitted that the accused, Harmenn
Sabharwal was on interim bail till 04.02.2024 and today, he has not appeared. In
view of the change of Court, it is directed that notice shall be issued to the
accused, Harmenn Sabharwal and his last surety, returnable on the next date.
Also, Inspector Amit Pratap has submitted that after invocation of

Section 7 of the PC Act, 1988, the investigation of this case has been assigned to
ACP Virender Kadian of EOW and the supplementary chargesheet qua
commission of offences punishable under the PC Act, 1988, will be filed as soon
as possible. The submission is noted.
