On the last date of hearing, this Court had directed the investigating
officer to disclose names of persons in whose account money which is subject matter
of the FIR had been received. The said names have not been disclosed. The IO

submits that he will comply with the said directions by the next date of hearing. He
also submits that supplementary charge-sheet is likely to be filed shortly after receipt
of sanction for which he has already applied. That being the case, the present case is
adjourned to 13.05.2025.
