Mr. Dhruv Gupta Adv., for the accused along with
the accused in person.
Ld. Counsel for the accused has filed an application
seeking modification of the order dated 28.04.2025 to the extent
that the adjournment was sought by the accused on the ground that
the grandmother of an associate counsel had expired and it was
inadvertently mentioned in the ordersheet that the mother of his
counsel has expired. Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the
same be corrected. Since by way of present application, only the
reason for adjournment is sought to be changed, order dated
28.04.2025 stands corrected to the said extent. The application is
accordingly disposed off.
PW-6 has been examined-in-chief, cross-examined
and discharged. Diet money of Rs.1,000/- has been paid to the said
witness.
PW Duty Officer has appeared, however, he is
discharged for today as he is not carrying the relevant documents.
He be summoned again through the concerned IO for the next date
of hearing.
Further, witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 1 & 29 in
the list of witnesses be summoned through the concerned IO for the
next date of hearing.
