The witness, PW2 Sh. Farooque Newazie who was to be further
examined today has sent an exemption on the ground that he is out of station on
account of official work. Sh. Dhruv Gupta, Ld. Advocate for the accused is also
out of station on account of some personal exigency. The witness, Sh. Sunil
Chaudhary, who was to be examined, possibly after completion of the
examination in chief of PW2 Sh. Farooque Newazie is present. The proxy
Advocate for the accused has requested that his examination should be started
after conclusion of the examination in chief of PW2 Sh. Farooque Newazie. In
view of the request made by the proxy Advocate for the accused, the witness, Sh.
Sunil Chaudhary is discharged unexamined. Let PW2 Sh. Farooque Newazie and
Sh. Sunil Chaudhary be summoned for examination, on 02.03.2024. At request of
Sh. Sunil Chaudhary and the proxy Advocate for the accused, the date is
changed to 13.03.2024.
