panch witness Sunil Chaudhary. As per death verification report, PW Sunil Chaudhary has
expired.
PW5 Dr. C.P. Singh is present. His remaining cross-examination is carried out
and is concluded. Accordingly, he is discharged.
PW4 Geetesh Patel is also present for cross-examination. Ld. Counsel for
accused submits that he is unable to cross-examine PW4 Geetesh Patel since he has to
attend another case before the Hon’ble High Court. In view of the submissions advanced by
Ld. Counsel for accused, witness PW4 Geetesh Patel cannot be cross-examined today. PW4
Geetesh Patel shall appear on the next date for recording of his evidence.
The Ahlmad is directed to re-seal the case property opened today, by using the
seal of this Court.
