Sanjeev Bhardwaj, Ms. Muskan Sharma and Sh.Tanuj Juyal, Ld. Counsels for A-1. IOs namely W.Insp. Lakshmi and Insp. Sandeep Singh are present. Heard. Perused. An application u/s 230 BNSS for supply of deficient documents, filed on behalf of accused, is pending disposal. On instructions from IO, Ld. PP for State submits that request will have to be made to the FSL Authority for providing mirror image of audio recording available in mobile phone of complainant, for which, time is sought from the Court. It is also informed to the Court that further investigation is still going on in this case. Considering the aforesaid submissions made, IO is directed to do the needful and to supply deficient documents, as per details mentioned in Para-2 of the aforesaid application, to accused by next date of hearing. On request of Ld. PP for State, both the IOs namely W.Insp. Lakshmi and Insp. Sandeep Singh are bound down for next date, for his assistance. Put up on 02.09.2026 for consideration of aforesaid application and awaiting Supplementary Chargesheet, if any, and its consideration. Date is given as per convenience of Ld. Counsel for accused.
