Heard. Perused.
An application u/s 230 BNSS for supply of deficient
documents, is moved on behalf of accused. Copy supplied.
It is pointed out from record that mobile phone
containing alleged recording between complainant and accused Jeet
Kumar, was sent to FSL, Rohini, Delhi, vide
SFSLDLH/9762/CO/1644/23 dated 03.08.2023 and its result is stated
to be still awaited, as mentioned in para no. 27 of the chargesheet,
which further recites that same shall be filed through Supplementary
Chargesheet.
In view of above facts and circumstances and
considering the submissions made, issue notice of aforesaid
application to IO/SHO concerned, with direction to file status report
as regards FSL result of said mobile phone and that of Supplementary
Chargesheet, on next date of hearing.
Put up on 25.05.2026 for awaiting status report from
SHO and consideration of said application.
Date is given as per convenience of Ld. Counsel for
accused.
