Heard. File perused.
As per report of Ahlmad, only photocopies of papers
of ownership of property have been filed from no. 69 to 126,
against Serial no. 20 of the List of Documents attached with the
chargesheet.
Further, it is noticed from the chargesheet and the
documents filed therewith that the investigating agency has not
cited the Competent Authority having accorded Sanction for
prosecution of accused in terms of Section 19 of the PC Act,
despite the fact that one Sanction Order alongwith one forwarding
letter dated 18.07.2025 are found attached from Page nos. 32 to 33,
with the chargesheet. In view thereof, let written explanation of
concerned IO be called in this regard, for next date.
IO/W.Insp. Lakshmi Singh is not present today.
However, her written request seeking exemption from personal
appearance has been received stating therein that she is unable to
appear before the Court as she is on special permission today.
IO/Insp. Lakshmi Singh be called through notice for
next date of hearing, with direction to submit written clarifications
in respect of the aforesaid documents.
