1st IO/Inspector namely W. Inspector Lakshmi is
absent despite bound down.
An application u/s 230 BNSS for supply for
deficient documents, filed on behalf of accused, is pending
disposal.
Pen drive containing mirror image of audio
recording available in mobile phone of complainant, is supplied to
accused against proper acknowledgment/ receipt.
IO/Inspector Sandeep Singh has filed written request
seeking further time to provide statements u/s 161 Cr.PC.
In view of submissions made and in the interest of
justice, IO is granted time to file said statements of PWs namely
ASI Pawan and HC (Dvr.) Sunil on the next date of hearing.
The application u/s 230 BNSS is kept pending and shall be
considered on the next date.

Issue bailable warrants in the sum of Rs.5000/-
against 1st IO W. Inspector Lakshmi through concerned DCP,
returnable for next date.
Put up on 22.10.2026 for consideration of aforesaid
application and awaiting supplementary chargesheet.

accused.
