On behalf of A3, copies are stated to be complete. On behalf of A1,
A2 & A4 it is stated that so far as the documents supplied by the prosecution i.e.
the chargesheet and the material / documents relied upon by the prosecution are
concerned, they are complete. But it is requested on behalf of A1, A2 & A4 that
to their knowledge, the investigating agency collected some other documents /
materials which has not been made part of the chargesheet and which are
unrelied documents from the side of prosecution. They orally request that let the
investigating agency furnish a list of those unrelied documents so that the
accused persons can resort to appropriate legal remedies.
Let the IO file complete list of all the unrelied documents / unrelied
material in the present case, which has not been made part of the chargesheet,
and a copy of the same be also supplied to all the four accused persons. IO
requests atleast three weeks time to prepare that list.
