This is a fresh chargesheet received on assignment by the Orders
of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (PC Act) CBI,
Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi.
Present : Sh. Zenual Abedeen, Ld. Chief PP for the State.
: IO Inspector Parveen Saroha is present.
The soft copy of the chargesheet was assigned to this Court,
thereafter physical chargesheet and documents have been filed. Also
supplementary chargesheet has been filed in the present matter subsequently.
Along with the supplementary chargesheet, Sanction U/s 19 of POC Act qua
accused Saminder Singh Nagi and Harsh Vardhan Madan has been filed. The
sanction against other two accused are already annexed with the main
chargesheet. The main chargesheet and the supplementary chargesheet be
checked and registered. Chargesheet and material perused. Prima facie there
are sufficient material to take cognizance for the following offences.
Cognizance U/s 13(1)(c) r/w 13(2) of POC Act & also Sections
420/468/471 & 120B of IPC taken.
Accused Gajanfar Ali is on regular bail; accused Mahesh Kumar
Gupta is on anticipatory bail and other two accused S. S. Nagi and H. V.
Madan are chargesheeted without arrest.
Issue summons to the accused persons for 30.04.2022.
