New Delhi, in view of the sudden spurt and spike in Covid-19 cases in Delhi and
endorsed vide No. 18536 to 19236/F.2/Circular/Admn/RADC/2022 dated 14.01.2022
of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI), Rouse
Avenue Court Complex, New Delhi.
Fresh chargesheet received on assignment by the Orders of Ld. Principal
District & Sessions Judge Cum Special Judge (PC Act)(CBI), Rouse Avenue
District Courts, New Delhi.
Present (through Video conference):
: Sh. Zenul Abedeen, Ld. Chief Prosecutor for the state.
Only Copy of chargesheet has been received in PDF file format on the e-mail
id of the Court. Physical chargesheet and Documents and material in support of
chargesheet not received yet. Let the IO file physical chargesheet as well as
