alongwith the said accused.
IO, Inspector Pawan Kumar is present.
The IO has filed a status report. The copy has been supplied to the
proxy Advocate for the accused, Meetu Goswami. In the status report, it is stated
that the voice sample of the accused, Meetu Goswami has been taken and that
upon receipt of expert opinion from FSL, Rohini, Delhi, the sanction under
Section 19 of the PC Act, 1988 will be sought qua both the accused.
Also, in the status report, permission of this Court has been sought
to seize the Samsung mobile phone of the accused, Meetu Goswami, which has
been shown to be recovered from the accused, Meetu Goswami, on 23.11.2023,
as part of her personal search. The said permission is granted. The IO is at liberty
to seize the said mobile phone and use it for the purpose of further investigation.
Upon inquiry, the IO has submitted that two months time will be
taken by FSL, Rohini, Delhi to furnish the expert opinion and only thereafter, he
will be able to pursue the grant of sanction under Section 19 of the PC Act, 1988
against both the accused.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the IO, the matter is
