has moved a formal application, the letter may be attached to the file of his
application. The request is allowed. The said letter shall be attached to the present
file.
I have heard arguments in respect of the application.
Let a status report be filed by the IO which must also address the points
raised by the present application. The case shall be taken up before this Court on
