Main prosecutor for CBI Sh.Prashant Kumar is not
available today as he is on leave.
During the course of hearing, Counsel for revisionist
has challenged the locus of Counsel Sh.Abhijit Anand to address
this court in the present revision.
On the other side, Counsel Sh.Abhijit Anand has
insisted to advance arguments claiming to be representing the
victim. The counsel Sh.Abhijit Anand, is not letting the counsel
for petitioner and counsel for CBI to argue the case. The counsel
Sh.Abhijit Anand is impressed upon to maintain the decorum of
the court and apprised that he has not been impleaded in the
present revision, therefore may not be having the privilege to
argue as a matter of right.

Be that as it may, put up for arguments on the
present revision petition on 19.02.2025 and both sides may also
file short synopsis of arguments.
