Accused namely Ct. Ishwar Singh (A-2), HC Subhash
(A-3) and Ct. Hemraj (A-4) have already been
discharged.
Ld. Counsel for A-1 submits that accused Sandeep
Kumar (A-1) has expired on 28.08.2026. Copy of his death
certificate has also been placed on record.
PW-9 Sh. Sahil is not present despite service.
IO/Insp. Anand Prakash, who is duly served but not
present today, is stated to be on leave today.
Let verification report in respect of death of accused
Sandeep Kumar (A-1) be called through concerned SHO, for next date
of hearing. Copy of death certificate of said accused be also sent
alongwith notice for necessary compliance.
In view of above, PWs who have been summoned for
next date already fixed i.e. 09.10.2026, be informed through
concerned IO/Naib Court that they need not appear before the Court
on said date.
Put up on the date already fixed i.e. 09.10.2026 for
death verification report of accused Sandeep Kumar (A-1) and for
passing appropriate directions.
