Accused namely Ct. Ishwar Singh (A-2), HC Subhash
(A-3) and Ct. Hemraj (A-4) have already been
discharged.
PW-17 Sh. Satish Kumar examined in chief, cross-
examined and discharged.
PW namely SI (Retd.) Sanjay Yadav is not present
despite service. However, he has sent his written request seeking
exemption from his personal appearance, stating therein that today i.e.
on 05.08.2026 due death ceremony of son of his cousin brother, he is
not in a position to appear before the Court today. For the reasons
stated therein, he is personally exempted for today.
Put up on 25.09.2026 and 09.10.2026 for remaining PE.
Witness mentioned at serial no. 1 (PW-9) in the list of
prosecution witnesses be summoned for 25.09.2026.
Witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 24 & 27 in the list of
prosecution witnesses be summoned for 09.10.2026.
MHC(M) with complete case property be also called for
both the said dates.
