Ld. Counsel for the accused persons has already
placed on record certified copy of the order dated 23.09.2024 passed
by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in Crl.M.C. 7518/2024, whereby
accused Subhash is stated to be discharged in the case FIR No.
07/2024, PS ACB. It is stated that inadvertently the FIR number in
the aforesaid order dated 23.09.2024 was incorrectly recorded and
pursuant thereto an application was filed before the Hon’ble High
Court seeking rectification of the FIR number. Ld. Counsel for the
accused has also placed on record certified copy of order dated
21.10.2024 passed in Crl.M.A. 31640/2024 in Crl.M.C. 7518/2024
whereby the FIR number has been directed to be read as 07/2014
instead of 07/2024 mentioned in the order dated 23.09.2024 passed in
Crl.M.C. 7518/2024.
Ld. Counsel for the accused persons has also placed on
record certified copy of the order dated 25.10.2024 passed by the
Hon’ble Delhi High Court in Crl.M.C. 8494/2024, whereby accused
Hemraj is discharged in the case FIR No. 07/2014, PS ACB.
Accordingly, bail bond of accused Subhash and
Hemraj stand cancelled and their sureties stand discharged.

Ld. Counsel for accused persons submits that since
accused Subhash has already been discharged in this case and as such
he wishes to withdraw the application filed on behalf of accused
Subhash seeking his discharge. Accordingly, said application stands
dismissed as withdrawn. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
List the case for arguments on charge in respect of
accused Sandeep Kumar on 19.12.2024.
