Bhan Sharma examined in chief, cross-examined and discharged.

the course of evidence and it be resealed with the seal of the
Court.

Sh. Sahil was deferred on 17.03.2026 for want of complete case
property, as also on the request of Ld. Defence counsel who had
submitted that he shall be moving an application before the Court.
However, Ld. Defence counsel today states at Bar
that he does not wish to move any application in this matter.
Put up on 08.05.2026 and 13.05.2026 for remaining
PE.
Witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 1 (PW-9), 14 &
22 in the list of prosecution witnesses be summoned for
08.05.2026.
