Accused Ct. Sandeep Kumar (A-1) on bail, is present.
Sh. B.C. Mishra and Sh. Deepak Chaudhary, Ld. Counsels
for A-1.
Accused namely Ct. Ishwar Singh (A-2), HC Subhash
(A-3) and Ct. Hemraj (A-4) have already been discharged.
IO/Insp. Anand Prakash and HC Vikram, MHC(M) with
case property are present.
PW-4 Sh. Naresh Chand further examined in chief and
partly cross-examined. His further cross-examination on the request of
Ld. Defence Counsel on the ground that he is having sore throat and is
also suffering from fever. PW-4 is however, bound down to appear for
next date already fixed
i.e. 20.01.2026.
PW-5 SI Vinay Pal Singh and PW-6 Sh. Harish Kumar
examined in chief, cross-examined and discharged.
The case property opened and desealed today during the
course of evidence and it be resealed with the seal of the Court.
Insp. Anand Prakash is present but discharged unexamined
being IO of the case.
Considering the fact that cross-examination of PW-4 is to
be conducted on next date of 20.01.2026, PW namely Sh. Sahil
summoned for said date, be informed through IO that he need not appear
on the said date.
Put up on the date already fixed
i.e. 20.01.2026 for
remaining PE.
