Accused Sandeep Kumar and Ishwar Singh are on
bail.
Accused Hemraj and Subhash are present.

Sandeep Kumar, Subhash and Hemraj.
Vakalatnama filed.
Separate applications u/s 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of
bail is filed on behalf of accused Subhash and Hemraj. Ld.
Defence counsel argued that applicants have been charge-sheeted
without arrest and the co-accused persons having similar role are
already on bail. It has been submitted that applicants are ready to
abide by any condition, imposed by the Court.
Keeping in view of the fact that the
applicants/accused Hemraj and Subhash have been charge-
sheeted without arrest and co-accused are on bail, both the
applicants are also admitted to bail on furnishing a personal bond
in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each of like amount
subject to the following conditions :-
(i) That during the period of bail, applicants/accused
persons shall not try to contact or influence, directly
or indirectly, any of the witnesses of present case
and shall not tamper with evidence;
(ii) That applicants/accused persons shall not misuse

the liberty of bail by indulging in commission of
similar offences in future;
(iii) That applicants/accused persons shall not leave
the country without prior permission of the Court.
(iv) That applicants/accused persons shall intimate
the Court in case of change of address.
Accordingly, bail applications stand disposed off.
Copies of charge-sheet alongwith documents and
CD of e-challan is supplied to accused persons.
Put up for scrutiny of documents on 20.03.2023.
