Accused Ct. Sandeep Kumar (A-1) is stated to have
already expired.
Sh. B.C. Mishra, Ld. Counsel for A-1.
Accused namely Ct. Ishwar Singh (A-2), HC Subhash
(A-3) and Ct. Hemraj (A-4) have already been
discharged.
Heard. Perused.
Death verification report alongwith certain annexures, in
respect of death of accused Sandeep Kumar (A-1), has been received,
as per which, the factum regarding death of accused Ct. Sandeep
Kumar S/o Sh. Har Lal, is duly got verified. Apart from verified copy
of his death certificate showing that said accused expired on
28.08.2026, statements of two neighbourers are also annexed
alongwith the death verification report.
Having heard the submissions made by Ld. Counsel of
accused Sandeep Kumar S/o Sh. Har Lal and after going through the
death verification report and the documents annexed therewith, the
Court is satisfied that accused Sandeep Kumar S/o Sh. Har Lal has
expired. Consequently, the proceedings against said accused stands
abated. His personal bond and surety bond stand cancelled and his
surety stands discharged. Original documents, if any, of said surety, be
returned after cancellation of endorsement, if any, as per the rules.
No further direction is called for.
File be consigned to Record Room, as per the rules.
