IO Inspector Yashwant Singh is present.
IO submits that regarding forgery on the application form for obtaining of
SIM card, he has already informed DCP, Shahdara by letter dated 26.09.2024.
Let a report be called from DCP, Shahdara as to whether any case has
been registered pursuant to the said information and in case any investigation is
underway, the status thereof. IO has placed on record copy of letter dated
26.09.2024. Let copy of the said letter be sent alongwith notice to DCP, Shahdara.
An application under Section 175(3) of BNSS, 2023 filed by
applicant/accused Anil Dutt Sharma is also pending.
Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused has also filed an application titled
“Information under Section 33 of BNSS, 2023 of offence committed by IO of FIR
No.60/2014 under Section 316(5) of BNS read with Section 102(3) of CrPC subject to

Sections 210, 211, 214, 216, 221, 222, 227, 228, 229, 230, 231, 240, 241 and 246 of
BNS, for taking cognizance under Sections 210(1)(c)/190(1)(c) of CrPC subject to
complaint under Section 215(1)(A) & (B) of BNSS/195 (1)(A) & (B) of CrPC, Section
11 of BNS and Section 53 of BSA.”
Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused has advanced arguments. He
submits that a para-wise status report may be called from the investigating officer
because some facts have been glossed over by the IO in the status report filed on the
last date.
Let a para-wise reply/report addressing the facts asserted by the
applicant/accused, be filed by the investigating officer.
